Iori Yagami: The MAN. Period.
The baddest of the bad@$$es in the whole KoF series. Mess with him
and you...will...BURN.
Sailor Jupiter: "Gotta get in tune
with Sailor Moon 'cause that cartoon has got the boom, anime babes that
make me think the wrong thing..." the Barenaked Ladies said it best; my
second favorite Sailor Senshi, strikin' an American-style comic-book pose.
"Sister, I See You...": Two of my
own sisters (Tara and Summer) were the inspiration for this one.
I ended up putting it on a T-shirt. A T-shirt that ended up being
stolen from the dorm laundry. 20 bucks, man! Anyway, the lyrics
are from the song "Sister" by the Nixons.
Nakoruru and Rimururu: This one came out pretty good in my
opinion. The two sisters from Samurai Spirits, in their SSIV costumes.
Twist and Turn: Kind of a surreal,
symbolic twist on Sohryu Asuka Langley, from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Sad how she ended up, really...the lyrics are from "Tears of Pearls" by
Savage Garden, and they kinda fit the series, don't they?
Faile: This is the first in a series of characters I'm drawing
from my favorite book series of all time, The Wheel of Time.
Faile (say it like this: "fah-EEL") is one of my favorite characters
in the series. She's a strong person and ain't afraid to say or do
what's on her mind. She came out okay, I think...^_^
Mature: Ahh, the "Orochi duo"...one (well, two) of the reasons
I've always been a King of Fighters fan. Mature is the finesse half
of the pair of beauties, with graceful moves and razor-sharp strikes.
And for once, she's decided to let her hair down! (You can tell I
messed with Adobe on this one, too.)
Vice: My favorite female character from King of Fighters.
The perfect complement to Mature's finesse, Vice's power is nearly unmatched,
and her deceptive beauty is just one reason all her opponents end up stains
on the ground. (I drew Vice first, and this picture was the inspiration
for Mature's. This ended up being another Adobe project. You may
have to look closely to see the lettering in the background...^_^;)
